Carmen Carbone is a leadership and business transformation strategist dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organizations realize their full potential.
For more than three decades, Carmen has worked alongside business owners, executives, and leadership teams to strengthen performance, navigate growth, solve complex organizational challenges, and build businesses capable of sustaining long-term success. His work spans a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and private enterprise, providing him with a unique ability to quickly identify the leadership, operational, and talent-related barriers that limit organizational performance.
Throughout his career, Carmen has held leadership positions with organizations including PGA National Resort, The Breakers Palm Beach, and Spina O’Rourke + Partners. These experiences reinforced a belief that has shaped his life’s work: organizations rarely struggle because of a lack of opportunity. More often, they struggle because leadership, accountability, communication, and execution have become disconnected.
As the founder of Carbone Leadership, Carmen partners with organizations to develop stronger leaders, align teams around a common vision, and create the systems, accountability, and culture necessary to achieve meaningful results. His approach combines practical business experience, leadership development, behavioral science, and strategic talent solutions to help organizations move from intention to execution.
Carmen is also the creator of the My Performance Casting (MPC) Assessment, a behavioral and performance framework designed to help organizations better understand how people lead, communicate, make decisions, and contribute within teams. The MPC framework is used to support hiring, leadership development, succession planning, team optimization, and organizational alignment.
Known for his direct yet compassionate approach, Carmen is valued for his ability to simplify complexity, challenge conventional thinking, and help leaders address the issues that others often avoid. He believes that leadership is not about position or authority, but about creating an environment where people can grow, contribute, and perform at their highest level.
Outside of his professional work, Carmen is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer, and a proud father of three. His commitment to leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the values of faith, family, service, and personal growth that guide his life. He believes that every person possesses untapped potential and that one of life’s greatest responsibilities is helping others discover and develop the gifts they have been given.
