We have been working closely with Carmen Carbone through multiple new hires and have experienced a new awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates with the My Performance Casting Survey. Even more importantly, we have learned how to more effectively nurture our existing employees by understanding their natural strengths and weaknesses.
